As for the house appliances are of the most important and durable goods used by the families, so one of the important factors in forming the purchaser’s decision at the time of purchase of durable goods and also their satisfaction after the purchase is after sales services. This study is looking to see how is the status of the sales of energy appliance in Bushehr (Iran) and to what extent consumers are satisfied with these services.
